No. This course option is designed for laypersons. The instructor adjusts pace and depth to the group, so first-timers and renewing participants both get what they need.
How many people can you train at once?
From one person to a full team. Larger groups rotate through skills stations so everyone still gets real hands-on time. Tell us your headcount when you request a date and we'll plan the session around it.
Does this course include first aid?
This option focuses on CPR and AED skills. If your team also needs injury response — bleeding, burns, sprains, medical emergencies — the combined Heartsaver First Aid CPR/AED course option is the most popular choice.
What should participants wear?
Comfortable clothing. CPR practice involves kneeling and floor work, so dress for movement.
