The short version
This website is a simple informational site. It has no user accounts, no payment processing, and no customer database. One form sends something: the training request form emails your request to GoMedTrng, and the page tells you plainly whether it went through.
What we may collect — and how
The training request form shows you a summary of what you typed before anything leaves your device. When you press “Send Training Request,” those details — your name, organization, contact information, and what training you're asking about — are sent to this website's own server and emailed to the GoMedTrng inbox. They are not written to a database and not sent to any third-party form service. If the email cannot be sent, the page says so rather than pretending it worked.
The email also includes the page you submitted from, the web address that referred you there, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. That is the ordinary information that shows where an inquiry came from.
To limit automated abuse, the server briefly keeps a scrambled one-way fingerprint of the network address a request came from, so it can count recent attempts. It cannot be turned back into an address, it is never included in the email, and it is deleted automatically.
If you email, call, or text GoMedTrng, we receive whatever you send (your message, email address, or phone number) and use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and coordinate training. We don't sell or rent that information to anyone.
What this site does NOT do (v1)
No payment information is collected anywhere on this website. No customer accounts or logins exist. The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
