The process

How Mobile Training Works

No classroom across town, no logistics headache. Three steps, and the third one is the fun part.

  1. Request a training date

Tell us what you're trying to accomplish. Perfect information not required — 'about 12 people, CPR-ish, our shop in Fort Pierce' is a great start.

    • Use the request form, or just call/text
    • Course (or 'not sure — recommend something')
    • Rough headcount and your city
    • Preferred dates, times, or shifts
  2. Confirm course, group size, and location

You get a clear quote and a real plan — no vague 'someone will contact you.' Together we lock the details that make the day smooth.

    • Date, start time, and session length
    • Space setup and what the room needs
    • Add-ons: Stop the Bleed, AED review
    • Certification/card details confirmed up front
  3. Train your team — then stay ready

GoMedTrng arrives with everything, sets up skills stations, and runs a hands-on session built around repetition and your environment.

    • Stations: compressions, AED, first aid, bleeding control
    • Scenarios set in your actual workspace
    • Feedback collected after every class
    • Renewal reminders so certifications never quietly lapse

Logistics

What GoMedTrng brings

  • CPR manikins (adult, with child/infant options)
  • AED trainers
  • First aid training supplies
  • Bleeding-control trainers & tourniquets
  • All class materials and consumables
  • An instructor who coaches, not lectures

Your part

What you provide

  • A room with some open floor space — conference rooms, break rooms, fellowship halls, and gym corners all work
  • Your people, dressed to kneel and move
  • That's genuinely it

Not sure your space works?

Describe it in your request. Skills practice mostly needs room to kneel next to a manikin — far less space than people expect. Worst case, we help you pick a better spot on site.

Scheduling

Booking is human (for now)

Online self-scheduling is planned. Until then, a request gets you a real response and a confirmed date — usually with options to pick from.

Online booking — coming soon

Pick-a-slot scheduling is on the roadmap. For now, request a training date and GoMedTrng coordinates directly with you by phone, text, or email — usually with a couple of date options to choose from.

FAQ

Process questions

Where do classes take place?

Wherever your people are. GoMedTrng is a mobile training service — classes run at your workplace, church, gym, school, clinic, community room, or even a living room for small groups. The equipment comes to you: manikins, AED trainers, first aid supplies, and bleeding-control trainers.

How many people do I need to book a class?

There's no required minimum. Groups make the most of a mobile visit, but individuals and small groups are regularly matched into sessions or scheduled directly. Tell us your headcount and we'll make it work.

How long does a class take?

It varies by course and group size — a focused CPR/AED session is shorter than a combined first aid class or a provider course. Exact timing is confirmed when your date is scheduled so you can plan shifts and coverage around it.

Do you offer evening or weekend classes?

Often, yes. Mobile scheduling is flexible by design, and evenings/weekends are popular with churches, HOAs, and businesses that can't pause weekday operations. Put your preferred times in the request form.

Step one takes two minutes.

Send the request — course, headcount, city — and the rest of the process comes to you.
